End user license agreement
Version 1 · 30 September 2026. This is the agreement shown in the application on first start. The version you accept in the app applies to your use.
1. License to use
The rights holder of aerOne FD Pro grants the recipient a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the application on devices they control for flight simulation. You may not redistribute the application or its original artwork, include it in another product, or sublicense it without the rights holder's permission. Rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Simulation only
The application is intended for entertainment flight simulation. It is not for real flight, aircraft operation, maintenance, certification, or formal training. Its displays, maps, checklists, ground operations, and camera effects are not a source for decisions in a real aircraft.
3. Separate products and services
Microsoft Flight Simulator, aircraft add-ons, GSX, Fenix, FlyByWire SimBridge, iFly, and other separate software remain subject to their own terms and required licenses. aerOne does not license those products or grant rights on behalf of their providers. Before you use a PMDG 737 or 777 SDK connection, the relevant PMDG agreement is displayed and your separate, explicit acceptance is required. Acceptance does not replace any further PMDG permission required for commercial or training use.
4. Connections and data
The application can connect locally to the simulator. If enabled, WebUI runs on the local network address you select. Requesting a SimBrief plan sends your username or Pilot ID to SimBrief; requesting map data sends an approximate map boundary to OpenStreetMap. Flight data, preferences, logs, and a license acceptance record may be kept on your device. Those services apply their own terms and data practices. If you disable the WebUI pairing code, you are responsible for managing access on your local network.
5. Operation and liability
Simulator and aircraft updates can change their interfaces. The application is supplied without a promise of uninterrupted operation with a particular simulator version, aircraft, camera, network, or route. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the rights holder is not liable for indirect loss or lost data. This does not limit liability for deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Updates and agreement
If this agreement changes, you may be asked to accept the new text. If you decline, you can stop using the application. This agreement does not alter the licenses of separate products. You can read it again in the application's Licenses section.
Choosing "Accept" records your explicit acceptance of this aerOne agreement. PMDG agreements require separate consent.
